Return Policy
* All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed.
* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* Shipping fee must be covered incoming and outgoing by customer for exchanges.
* Items returned after 15 days upon delivery of merchandise will not be accepted.
* NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Reason for Return/Exchange
2. E-mail the above information to [email protected] for your Return/Exchange.
3. Once return authorization is acquired, ship the item(s) to Today She Thinks.
4. Upon receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via E-mail for final confirmation.

- I have read the return & shipping policy page.
- Any incorrect address need to be emailed to [email protected] within 24hours or before the item has shipped. Once the item has shipped the customer is responsible for incorrect address.
- I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 7-14 business days OR MORE to receive my order.
- I confirm that I have ordered the correct color and quantity.
- I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a cancellation or delay in my shipping/receiving.
